Research · PyTorchDesigned a 1D conditional diffusion model with partial reverse diffusion to refine ECG digitization artifacts. Built OD-PTB-XL, a 7,601-sample paired benchmark published on Kaggle. Improved SNR from 14.13→15.13 dB, cut RMSE by 9.5%, and boosted diagnostic Macro F1 by 18.77% vs. GAN baselines.
TimeLDM: Latent Diffusion for Bearing Vibration Synthesis
Research · VAEBuilt a two-stage generative pipeline (convolutional VAE + latent diffusion) to synthesize bearing vibration signals. Benchmarked on Paderborn dataset; synthetic augmentation improved 1D-CNN accuracy by 5.00% and Macro F1 by 2.27%.
